Bio

Before coming to Brandlive, Zach led US operations for ski and snowboard brand APO. During this time, APO won the first ever gold medal in slope-style snowboarding in Socchi, Russia. Prior to APO, Zach ran marketing and training for retailers in the winter sports world, holding hundreds of retail sales clinics and organizing eCommerce sales strategies. When not at work, Zach enjoys skiing with his wife and working on his motorcycles.

Something unique I bring to the table...

Coming from a retail and brand background, I truly understand the process and obstacles involved with running a successful eCommerce business and properly training sales reps and retail associates. With startup and small business experience, I am fully aware of the necessity of wearing many hats and getting the job done no matter the challenges faced.

Favorite Brandlive event

Go Rhino 2015 5" OE Xtreme Sidebar Install. Considering my background of sales and retailer trainings, my favorite Brandlive event is Go Rhino and their demonstration of product installation to dealers. The value of effective and consistent training can never be overstated.

Favorite thing about Portland

I love the fact that so many people are moving to Portland from all parts of the country and even the world. The added diversity, culture, and population is turning Portland into a "big city" with arts, music, and incredible restaurants. And, the best part...within an hour, you can escape all of this and be alone in the wilderness of the Northwest.

Favorite global destination

If I could travel anywhere once, it would be Annecy, France. Annecy is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen, hands down. If I could pick one place to take my wife and daughter it would be Annecy. The people, culture, and mountains make Annecy a true global destination with unlimited recreational possibilities.
