Top consumer electronics retailer and brand make innovative use of web-based live interactive video platform
PORTLAND, Ore. — August 11, 2015 — Brandlive, a web-based live video + social + eCommerce platform that brands and retailers use for product training, marketing and eCommerce events, was selected by Best Buy and GoPro to host a live product launch from the VidCon 2015 conference.
The live broadcast featured the founders of the production company Corridor Digital, who shoots many of their videos on GoPro cameras, and Jamie Reese, GoPro’s Mass Market Trainer. The focus of the event was on the new GoPro HERO4 Session camera.
This was Best Buy’s first live interactive video event and they agreed to go with the Brandlive platform after researching various solutions.
